Job Title: Sushi Chef Job Type: Hourly Requirements: Must have prior cooking experience in a commercial environment. Sushi experience preferred but nor required. Duties: As a Sushi Chef you will work in the sushi area of Alice’s restaurant. In this role you will prepare food to specifications, plate guest orders, clean kitchen areas, monitor/stock supplies and other duties.Job Title: Slot Attendant Job Type: Hourly Requirements: Must be able to lift 50lb bags of coins. Prior guest service experience preferred. Duties:As a Slot Attendant you will assist guests, refill coin hoppers & printer paper, conduct minor machine repairs, hand pay jackpots and other duties.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Type: Hourly Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. Prior basic maintenance/repair experience preferred. Duties: As a Maintenance Technician you will perform basic repair tasks, facility deep cleaning, assist Maintenance Engineers & Landscaping as needed and other duties.

Job Title: C-Store Manager**Please note at this time we are only recruiting for this position** Job Type: Salary Requirements: Must have prior experience in a similar position. Duties: This position is responsible for the Convenience Store/Gas Station team and day-to-day operations. This will include sales, cash handling, merchandising/displays, all aspects of supervising staff, assisting guests, resolving guest concerns, purchasing & inventory tracking, participate in the MOD program, and other duties.
Job Title: Executive Casino Host Job Type: Salary Requirements:Must have prior experience in a similar guest service/marketing role. Experience in the gaming industry is preferred. Duties:This position will work with the Guest Services team and will assist guests, resolve guest concerns, analyze player data, monitor the atmosphere on the gaming floor, ensure the team functions at peak guest service performance , assist managers as needed, participate in the MOD program, provide personal guest services for “high roller” guests and other duties.
