For anyone who feels they have a gambling problem, the Blue Lake Rancheria Tribal Gaming Commission offers self-exclusion programs to help regain control.
- If you feel you have a problem, and would like to exclude yourself from Blue Lake Casino gaming activities, please call the Gaming Commission at 1-707-668-5300.
- Individuals commit to self-exclusion from gaming for an agreed-upon period of time.
- Casino surveillance and security teams work with the individual to help them honor the terms of the self-exclusion commitment.
- In some cases individuals will have access to other property amenities – restaurants, concerts, etc. – that do not involve gaming activities.
- At the end of the self-exclusion term, individuals must appear before the Gaming Commission at a formal hearing for reinstatement of gaming access.
- Individuals seeking reinstatement earlier than the agreed upon timeframe must petition the Gaming Commission, appear at a hearing and pay a fee.
