Looking for a cozy spot to enjoy an Easter meal? Look no further than Alice’s Restaurant at Blue Lake Casino Hotel! Chef Willy and his team will be serving breakfast/brunch from 7am-2pm and dinner from 3pm-9pm on Easter Sunday. 

Brunch (7am-2pm)

• Crab Benedict: served with country potatoes $21.95
• Carved Ham: served with scalloped potatoes and Brussels sprouts $19.95
• Asparagus & Prosciutto Frittata: an open-faced egg dish baked with asparagus, cheese, herbs, and spices $17.95

Dinner (3pm-9pm)

• Carved Ham: served with scalloped potatoes and Brussels sprouts $19.95
• Grilled Salmon: served with a lemon dill hollandaise over rice pilaf and asparagus $26.95
• Roasted Lamb Shanks: served in a rosemary burgundy sauce with roasted potatoes and carrots $30.95
