Feb 4^th 4 pm

Each prelim will have up to 20 contestants and is on a first come first serve basis. The five top ranking contestants from each prelim will move on to the finals on February 4^th at 10 pm.

Contestants must have visible tattoos. You must report to the stage 10 minutes before the contest. Contestants will be judged in the categories of: Tattoos, Presentation, Effort, and Attitude.
