Visiting
What are your hours? The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Table games, restaurants and other amenities have their own hours. See Play and Dine for current times.
How old do I have to be? You must be 21 or older to game on the main casino floor. At Blue Lake Fuel & Fun, you must be 18 or older to play the slot machines.
What ID do I need? A current, government-issued photo ID is required.
Do you have non-smoking gaming? Yes. We have a large non-smoking gaming floor with more than 250 slot machines, and a separate smoking floor. Blue Lake Fuel & Fun is also non-smoking.
Are pets allowed? No. Blue Lake Casino Hotel is pet-free. Service animals are welcome.
Where are you, and how do I get there? 777 Casino Way, Blue Lake, CA 95525, just 5 miles east of Arcata, right off Highway 299. From Eureka, it’s about 13 miles, roughly 20 minutes. See Getting Here for directions and a map.
Is there parking for RVs? Yes. RV parking has potable water and a dump station, but no electric hookups. Please register at the hotel front desk. See RV Parking.

What are check-in and check-out times? Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Is the pool open year-round? Yes. Our outdoor pool is heated and open year-round, and so is the outdoor hot tub.
Is Wi-Fi free? Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Is there a fitness center? Yes. It’s open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. For after-hours access, ask the front desk.

Gaming and Redwood Rewards Club
How do I join the Redwood Rewards Club? Visit the Redwood Rewards Club desk with a current, government-issued photo ID. Membership is free. See Redwood Rewards Club.
How many tiers are there? Five: Evergreen, Pine, Sequoia, Hyperion and Raven. You move up tiers by earning points.
What games do you have? More than 500 slot machines (all ticket-in/ticket-out), plus table games including Blackjack, Spanish 21, Pai Gow Poker, Three Card Prime, Heads Up Hold’Em Xtreme and Mystery Card Roulette, and a poker room. See Table Games and Slots.
