These Terms apply to your use of www.bluelakecasino.com (the “Site”), operated by Blue Lake Casino Hotel, an enterprise of the Blue Lake Rancheria (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site gives information about our casino, hotel, restaurants, events and promotions. No gambling takes place on the Site. All gaming happens on property and is subject to Blue Lake Rancheria Tribal Gaming Commission regulations and posted rules. You must be 21 or older to game on the main casino floor, and 18 or older to play slot machines at Blue Lake Fuel & Fun.
2. Promotions, offers and events
Promotions, offers, events, prices, hours and amenities are subject to change or cancellation. Each promotion is governed by its official rules, available on property and in our Promotional Terms and Conditions. If the Site conflicts with the official rules, the official rules control. Management reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. We work to keep the Site accurate, but it may contain errors, and we aren’t bound by them.
3. Third-party services
Room reservations, event tickets, the Redwood Rewards Club portal, employment applications and some other features are provided by other companies on their own websites. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and we aren’t responsible for them. Text-message programs are governed by our Mobile Terms of Service.
4. Your use of the Site
You agree not to: – use the Site for anything unlawful; – interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or try to gain unauthorized access to it; – scrape it or use automated tools on it without our permission, other than standard search-engine indexing; or – submit false information or anything you don’t have the right to share.
5. Content and trademarks
The Site’s content — text, photos, video, logos and design — belongs to the Blue Lake Rancheria or its licensors. “Blue Lake Casino Hotel,” “Redwood Rewards Club,” and related names and logos are trademarks of the Blue Lake Rancheria. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else requires our written permission.
6. Things you send us
If you send us comments, photos or ideas through the Site or our social media, you give us permission to use them without payment, unless the submission form says otherwise. Personal information you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Sovereign immunity, governing law and disputes
Blue Lake Casino Hotel is owned and operated by the Blue Lake Rancheria, a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Nothing in these Terms, and nothing about your use of the Site, waives the sovereign immunity of the Blue Lake Rancheria or any of its enterprises, officers or employees, or consents to the jurisdiction of any federal or state court. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Blue Lake Rancheria. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Blue Lake Rancheria Tribal Court.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
